Updated to work with newest Chivalry version. Medieval 2 events no longer present due to outdated strat file. Only England uses unused voice lines for now.

Added historic events from Medieval 2. Will only work on early era campaign, as events even in the base mod aren't set up for high or late eras. New events are not save compatible

(including rare intro music from teutonic and britannia campaigns)

Fixed Chivalry's music playing on occasion during battle
Added UI sounds from Medieval 2
Added campaign event sounds from Medieval 2
