- Changed mission tags from regular missions to piratehumpack. This essentially means the person who gives out pirate missions will give out these missions as if they were pirate missions. The old configuration had the unforseen consequence of maybe creating more than one pirate ship in a level. This probably lead to bug or performance degredation.

- Lowered maximum pirate NPC count to hopefully help lag.

- Adjusted Minimum Pirate Crew to hopefully help them survive monster encounters better.

- Added Dummy Item to force mod loading.
