Added dull and paddedl weapons
- Padded weapons do 10% damage
- They also give +4 in attack/block

- Dull weapons do 50% damage
- They also give -4 in attack/block

- Wooden weapons updated to do 30% instead of 33%

-Training binds now do 25% damage, as martial arts can get excessive with damage.

- Added seperate research for dull and padded weapons. Training binds for martial arts is included in all training weapon research.
