Version 1.3.1:
This version is made compatible with v 1.9.3 of original Millenium Dawn mod!

Small Update to fix the "Car Manufacturing" Mechanics and Self-Influence:
- now each car model has its own semi-historical annual production limit, after reaching it the Decision will no longer be available;
- now you will be properly modified with your domestic influence instead of duplactaed Ukraine in some focuses, decisions etc.
- small rebalance to "Sell Old Aircrafts" decisions;
- small localization typos/mistakes were replaced.

Changes related to the economy and politics:
- updated start values for GDP etc. to better simulate actual stats in game;

Changes related to National Focuses:
- updated icons for 'Reforms of the ZSU 2005" focus tree;
- added 2 new focus trees: political/economical branch for Viktor Yushchenko as a Prime Minister and reforms, made by his cabinet in 2000 and Car Manufacturing branch with unique mechanic;

Changes related to National ideas:
- rebalanced couple of Ideas, made couple new to better simulate actual stats in game;

Localization changes (thanks to all our community for providing your feedback so I can eliminate those mistakes):
- replaced some amount of game loading tips/quotes with more appropriate ones for the theme of this mod;
- made some amount of corrections to all kinds of texts in game.

Map related changes:
- made possible the movement of troops between the Arabatskaya arrow in the Crimea and Chongar in the Kherson region;
- united Odesa region into 1 region;
- united Chernivtsi region into 1 region;
- updated the requirements in certain National Focuses and Events of Poland and Russia, which were associated with eliminated game regions;

Changes related to National Focuses:
- made changes to most focuses on reforming the Armed Forces - now, instead of requirements for a specific time, there are requirements for the level of GDP (to facilitate the increase in the costs of maintaining the army, which the player will receive after completing these focuses);
- expanded the mini-branch "Create historical models of equipment" and expanded the branch "Modernization of Soviet equipment" - added a few more focuses, and also added the category Solutions with the possibility of researching options for the modernization of the MT-LB, the creation of BTR-3 and ZRAK "Donets" and new T-84 variants;
- added a mini-branch "Buy new equipment abroad" with a random selection of the country of manufacture of certain types of weapons and a discount for the purchase of these weapons using the mechanics of the International Market;
- added 2 hidden tricks to restore the production of MT-LB and 2C1 Gvozdyk at the KhTZ plant - they will be available after completing the "MT-LB Modernization" trick;
- fixed errors in the branch of tricks for the development of Coastal Defense troops, which could lead to the departure of the game, added requirements for the presence of specific brigade templates for these tricks - thanks to @Kron2as for this find;
- made changes to the logic of displaying certain tricks in the "Reforms of the Armed Forces until 2005" branch - now after completing certain tricks, new ones that were unavailable at the start will appear, or vice versa - those that you can no longer choose will disappear. Information about the possibility of opening new foci is written in the description of the previous ones;
- introduced a new mini-mechanic "Reform Points" - the more tricks the player completes, the more Reform Points he receives. The more Reform Points a player has earned, the higher the final bonuses he will receive. Information about the current number of Reform Points can be obtained in the tips for any focus of the Reforms of the Armed Forces.
After completing the "Reform the Armed Forces" focus, the player will receive a new focus, the final one for this branch - "Results of Reform 2005", which will be available for completion from July 1, 2004 to January 1, 2005. This focus will no longer be available from 2005, but the player will receive an event that will activate the boost of Reform results;

Changes related to National ideas:
- expanded the ideas of "The Real State of the Armed Forces" - made 3 progressive ideas that replace one another after passing the corresponding National Focuses on reforming the Armed Forces - over time, the negative modifiers for the army decrease, but the cost of its maintenance increases;
- made some changes to the ideas "Real state of the economy", "Real state of medicine", "Real state of social security", "Real structure of the workforce" and "Low level of the energy system" in order to balance the indicators in the game - in general reduced the weekly costs, slightly increased productivity of GDP production, reduced fuel consumption by Power Stations;

Changes related to the economy and politics:
- again made certain changes to the starting levels of GDP and, in order to balance indicators in the game;
- changed the location of the naval base and airport in Sevastopol Bay to facilitate the management of ground troops - thanks to @Maglizor_UA for the find;

Changes related to weapons and military units:
- removed the BTR-3 and ZRAK Donets options from those available at the start of the game;
- made changes to many models of MBT, armored vehicles and several models of other equipment (mainly changes related to the selection of the level of engine modules, smoke grenades and fire control systems), for more accurate simulation of real samples.

Version 1.2.1:

Changes related to MIO:
- added 11 new MIOs (4 for planes, 1 for helicopters, 3 for armored vehicles, 2 for cars, 1 for ships);
- replaced the general MIO with specialization in the Small Arms with "Fort";
- replaced the duplicating MIO "KMDB" specializing in all types of weapons with "DB Luch" specializing in missile weapons;
- deleted 3 general MIOs, which I could not find a counterpart in reality;
- the new Ukrainian MIO "Feodosiya More Shipyard" was applied to corvettes projects 1145.1 and 133;
- the new Ukrainian MIO "Feodosiya More Shipyard" was used on the production lines of corvette projects 1145.1 and 133;
- changed the icon for Mykolaiv Shipbuilding Plant to the correct one;

Changes related to National Focuses:
- changed the location of certain National Focuses in the "Reforms of the Armed Forces until 2005" branch, made the entire branch more compact;
- expanded the branch of Reforms of the Air Force. Players now have a choice between simply scrapping old planes or finding potential buyers for them with new Decisions. Upon completion of the decision to sell aircraft, one of the relevant MIOs (aircraft repair plants) will receive points;
- reworked the Ground Forces Training branch. Now you need to complete only 1 National Focus, after completion of which the Decisions category will be activated with the possibility of choosing training specialization and several levels of these trainings;
- increased the use of fuel for all military trainings, selected via Decisions;
- reworked the Modernization of Soviet Armaments branch. Now you only need to go through 2 Focuses, choosing the type of weapon, after completing which the Decisions category becomes available with the possibility of researching a specific modernization option. In this version, Decisions are available only for BMP -1, BRDM-2, BTR-60, BTR-70 and BTR-80 models, the rest of the equipment will be implemented in future versions;

Changes related to National ideas:
- added the ideas "Real State of the Economy", "Real State of Medicine" and "Real State of Social Security", which modify the relevant aspects of the game to simulate closer to real indicators;
- made certain changes to the idea of "Real Workforce Structure" in order to balance modificators in the game;
- made changes to the idea "Dependence of the defense industry on Russian components" and separated from it the new idea "Dependence of the aviation industry on Russian components" (moved all debuffs on aircraft production to this new idea). Also, from now on, this idea can be removed over time - when completing the "Air Force Reform" focus, idea's duration is reduced to 6 years, and while selling almost all old aircraft, this period can be further reduced by 3-6 months each time;
- made changes to the modifiers of ideas related to the National Focuses on the development of the Marine Corps or the Coastal Defense Forces;

Changes related to the economy and politics:
- made changes to the starting levels of GDP and GDP per capita, in order to balance the modifiers in the game - they are increased compared to historical ones, in proportion to those of other neighboring countries in the game;
- redesigned the mechanic of adding 2 more Research slots at the start of the game - now the game will not remove them after reaching 4 slots;

Graphical Updates:
- updated several loading screens to better fit for 16*9 aspect ratio;
- corrected the icon for the 101st Headquarters Protection Brigade to the correct one, again;

Map related changes:
- made possible the movement of troops between the Arabatska Spit in the Crimea and Henichesk in the Kherson region;
- fixed the missing graphic highlighting of the Kerch Strait;

Changes related to weapons and military units:
- added new models of equipment from the BTR-80 line: BTR-80UM "Rogan" and BTR-94. Both models are outdated, but players can restore them and put them into production if they wish;
- added 1 unit of T-84, 130 units of BTR-60PB, 100 units of BTR-70 obr. 1978 and 10 units of BTR-80UM "Rogan";

Localization changes (thanks to @Maglizor_UA for pointing all of these out):
- changed the description of the National Focus "Traitors of the Motherland", corrected a typo and modified the general tone;
- fixed transliteration errors in some names of cities on the map - now wherever spelling requires it, "H" is used instead of "G";
- corrected an error in the description of the National Idea "Reform of the Air Force".

Changes related to National Focuses:
- added a separate branch of National Focuses, which covers Reforms in the Armed Forces in the first half of the 2000s (21 focuses) and modernization of Soviet weapons (31 focuses). The total number of added foci is 52.

Changes related to weapons and military units:
- removed the possibility of converting APCs to IFVs and vice versa - for the sake of realism and to avoid cases when your BTR-60 is converted to an BMP-1;
- added the "Marine Brigade" template and added 1 such unit (1st separate Marine Brigade) in Feodosia;
- added the "Mechanized Regiment" template and added 1 such unit (501st separate Mechanized Regiment) in Kerch;
- added 2 unique templates "301 Artillery Brigade" and "816 Reactive Artillery Regiment" and changed the templates of the corresponding units to them for further use in one of National Focus;
- moved the 80th separate Airmobile Regiment from Lviv to Drohobych - to better correspond to the real location of the unit in Khyriv in 2000;
- moved the 203rd Training Aviation Base from Crimea to Poltava region;
- changed the limits for the number of aircraft in Air Wings - most light and medium aircraft now have a limit of 36, heavy - 24, deck-based aircraft on land - 12;
- in accordance with the updated limits, changed the number of air wings of Training Aviation, as well as Assault and Transport aviation, added several Su-25 and Il-76MD for storage;
- fixed an error in the list of ship names for Corvette model Project 11451;

Map related changes:
- changed the terrain type for the following provinces:
a) "urban" for Horlivka (for the second time), Rivne;
b) "plains" for Energodar;

Changes to economics, politics and ideas:
- added a new idea "Low Efficiency of Power Generation" to simulate historical levels of power generation without removing any Power Stations or NPPs from the map. In the future, I plan to change its modifiers through separate National Focuses;
- added a new "Real Workforce Structure" idea to simulate the historical unemployment rate in the year 2000, and increase the percentage of the population involved in agriculture, resource extraction and factories and decrease this percentage for offices. In the future, I plan to change its modifiers through separate National Focuses;
- made changes to the starting levels of unemployment, GDP and GDP per capita, so that in-game stats correspond more closely to historical ones;
- added 2 more Research Slots at the start of the game;
- changed the level of "Expenditure on State Administration Branches" from "Basic Civil Administration" to "Centralized Bureaucratic State";
- changed the level of "Expenditure on the Armed Forces" from "Medium Level of Expenditure" to "Low Level of Expenditure";
- changed the level of "Costs for Medicine" from "Minimum Subsidies for Local Clinics" to "General Free Healthcare", but modified the Healthcare expenditures (lowered them) via idea to represent small budget available for it;

Localization changes:
- corrected an error in the spelling of the city of Chornobyl in the region modifier;

Graphical Updates:
- replaced 12 screensavers of the game loading screen with more appropriate ones for the theme of this mod;
- changed both images on the game start date selection screen;
- fixed the division template icon for the 101st Headquarters Security Brigade to the correct one;
- fixed a bug with the model icon of the Antonov LBL aircraft project.

Map related changes:
- changed the terrain type for the following provinces:
a) "urban" for Zaporizhzhia, Horlivka, Brovary;
b) "marsh" for Sarny;
a) "forest" for Buchach, Zolochiv, Chortkiv and 2 more provinces in Lviv and Ternopil regions;
- added 1 nuclear reactor in Zaporizhzhia - to better simulate electricity production;
- deleted all synthetic fuel processing plants, which in version 1.9 of the original mod were replaced by sources of renewable energy, added 1 such facility in Donetsk region;
- added 21 Fossile Fuels Power plants in Kyiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Ivano-Frankivsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya, Vinnytsia and Kharkiv regions;

Changes related to weapons and military units:
- changed certain types of aircraft in service (MiG-23MLD in 9 VAP, Su-27 in 62 VAP) and added several models to the inventory (MiG-21bis, MiG-23MLD, MiG-25PD, MiG-29, Su-27, An -72);
- fixed a bug with an incorrect image for the Corvette 2010 ship model;
- changed the idea of "Dependence of the army on Russian components": slightly softened the debuffs for the production of all Soviet-made aircraft;

Changes to economy, politics and ideas:
- removed the "Military sector in ruins" idea, as it was also removed from the original mod;
- made changes to the idea of "Pro-Ukrainian reforms in the government" - added a monthly increase in Productivity from 0.10 to 0.25, depending on the level of reforms;
- reduced the indicators of Local and Global Productivity:
a) Global - from 1000 to 630 - increased compared to the original mod;
b) Local (by region) - from 1000 to a range of 530-730, depending on the region.

Localization changes:
- corrected errors in duplicating lists of ship names, changed some ship names in accordance with spelling requirements - thanks to @Maglizor_UA for pointing this out;
- fixed errors in the localization of cruise missiles and MIO - thanks to @Maglizor_UA for pointing this out;

Graphical Updates:
- replaced icons for all aircraft models with real counterparts (as far as possible).

Changes to weapons - compatibility with the Designer update in the MD v1.9 update:
- Reworked all aircrafts to be compatible with MD v1.9 designer rework;
- Modified "Russian dependent military" idea to include all soviet-built aircrafts, so their production will be extremely costly - to modify inability of Ukraine to produce most of aircrafts by itself;
- Replaced SPAA and Attack Helicopters equipment from to MD v 1.9 AFV designer-compatible ones, removed some unsuitable ones and added a couple of new ones, like 2K12 Kub and 9K37 Buk SAMs, made 5 new separate Land Divisions (Brigade and Regiment size) for these new equipment;
- Removed Army Aviation squadrons from Air Forces to Land Units, created 3 Division templates for them, to be compatible with MD v 1.9 rework;

MIO system implementation:
- Applied available Ukrainian MIOs to T-55/T-64/T-80UD/T-84 tanks, BTR-3 APC, An-26/An-70 transport planes, An-71 AWACS plane, Project 1143.6 carrier, Project 1164 cruiser and 2 indigenous corvette projects;
- Applied available Ukrainian MIOs to production lines of T-64U tank, An-70 transport plane and Project 1164 cruiser;

Technologies changes:
- added a couple of researched technologies for 2000 Start Date:
a) Space technology Tab: COMSAT till 1985, SPYSAT till 1985, OLV till 1985;
b) Air and Missile Defense Technology Tab: SAM 1995 (S-300PS), ABM till 1985 (S-300V1);
- updated all Missiles/Satellites models names in Technology Tab for Ukraine with actual Soviet- and Ukrainian-built ones, some Ukrainian not completed projects and fictional names (with common sense in mind);
- updated IRBM and ICBM models names in Missile Tab for Ukraine with actual Soviet-built ones;

Map-related changes:
- [User Request] split "Ukraine" strategic region into 4. Original one is now called "Central Ukraine", 3 new are "Western Ukraine", "Southern Ukraine", "Eastern Ukraine". Mainly used actual Air Commands of Armed Forces of Ukraine as regions borders reference. Copied weather for new regions from bordering existing ones: Central Europe to Western Ukraine, Eastern Balkan to Southern Ukraine, Central Ukraine to Eastern Ukraine;
- modified 00_startup_effects.txt file for Startup Terrain modifiers for Ivano-Frankivsk region to apply correctly;

GFX updates:
- reworked standard Battalion icons as selectable in Division Designer (in order to make correct icons for some of Division Templates);
- Replaced icons for all ships variants with correct ones (as close as it was possible);
- replaced some of ICBM/IRBM icons with correct ones;
- replaced 4 of MBT hulls icons with correct ones;

Politics and Economy changes:
- Raised Population Tax Rate from 13% to 20% and lowered Corporate Tax Rate from 30% to 25%;
- Lowered the Debt value of Ukraine from 158 to 15, lowered the Treasury value of Ukraine from 2 to 1;
- Replaced current ruling party with CPU (communism), as it was in reality in Parliament in 2000;
- Changed Parties Popularity as follows (based on Median from Parliamentary Elections of 1998 and 2002);
- Changed start_politics_input for each of available ideology;
- Modified "Office Sector" buildings - for 2000 start date: down to 3 from previous 10 overall, for 2017 start date: down to 13 from previous 21;

Other changes:
- moved Ukraine to select by default and first position in "Select countries" menu and for 2000 Start Date;
- updated SAM, Artillery and Mechanized Brigades and Regiments Namelists.
