Version 1.6.1:
Global changes:
- Increased the maximal IC per line for Equipment production from 10 to 15 (mainly to stay in line with current interface layout).
- Reduced Nuclear Reactor IC cost from 100 500 to 66 500.
- Changed Equipment Requirements for most of Air Raids in alliance with current Airfields capacity.
- Changed some Event window layout so all buttons and all long text descriptions should be fully visible.
- Removed links for Telegram group from main menu window as this group has been deprecated.
- Changed the MLRS Battalion and Battery Icon so it is now turned to the same direction as all other icons.

Equipment changes:
- Replaced wrong Russian BTR-80 to correct Ukrainian BTr-94 from start storage for Jordan.
- Added 1 BTR-94 and 2 BTR-4 icons, which can be selected via Designer.
- Replaced incorrect Main Armament modules for couple of Ukrainian APCs, IFVs and MBTs.
- Changed incorrect T-80BV model for Ukraine.
- Added Requirement to have at least 30+ diplomatic opinion from Peru to launch T-55M8 MBT modernization Decision.

National Focuses changes:
- Decreased duration of almost all NFs from Car Manufacturing Tree for balancing purposes.

Economy changes:
- Increased State Productivity modifier for Kyiv oblast from 680 to 780.

MIO changes:
- Made some layout corrections for "KBAO" MIO so all options become visible.
- Reduced dome of IC cost modifiers for "KBAO" MIO for balancing purposes.

Localization changes:
- Made some small corrections to different Ukrainian Focuses/Decisions/Ideas.

Units changes:
- Made separate, more equipment required, Armor Battalion and Company, MRL and SP Arty Battalions and Batteries for Ukraine (same manner as with Mech and Mot Infantry Battalions previously) to better represent Soviet-style OOB.
- Made some changes to Division Templates names for Ukraine (split MRL and SP Arty Regiments/Brigades names correctly).

Version 1.6:
This version is compatible with version 1.11.1 of the original Millenium Dawn mod.

Economy & Politics:
- Set maximum cap of 10 IC per Production Line for all Land/Air Equipment for balancing/realism purposes.
- Made some small tweaks to starting Ukraine money income/expenses and energy production.
- Made some changes to global money income from selling the Equipment on International Market - Player will mostly receive more money.
- Reduced the cost of maintaining the Land Army: depending on the country, amount spent will be smaller by 20% to 40%.
- Halved the cost of changing Internal Factions from 1500 to 750 Political Points.

Units & Equipment:
- Separated SP Arty and MRL - now those are 2 completely separate Equipment (researched through common tech) with separate Battalions and Batteries.
- Added new mechanics for state-level bonuses during the war for concentrating MRL and SPAA Battalions in each of Ukrainian national states. You can get extensive info on how it works via a dedicated section in Decisions Tab.
- Created 2 new Battalions, available only for Ukraine - Soviet-styled Mechanized and Armored Battalions. They are mostly the copies of existing battalions, but require more additional Equipment and, as a result, have better stats.
- Replaced all land and some naval equipment, that were produced in Soviet Union, from UKR-created to SOV(RUS)-created. Added a couple of licenses from Russia where it was needed.
- Added Tu-141 and Tu-143 recon UAVs to both Russia (as producer) and Ukraine.
- Made changes to the modules for the Czech light attack aircraft Aero L-39C, made corresponding changes for all countries that used it, added a new model Aero L-29.

Focus Trees:
- Focus "1999 Presidential Elections" will fire right at the start of the game.
- Revamped the small Yushchenko PM cabinet Focus Tree, added some new Focuses and Ideas.
- Added new Focus Tree branch for Cooperation with Georgia.
- Added some new Focuses for development of Ukrainian-made equipment in the Military Reforms branch.

Decisions/Events:
- Added some new Decisions/Events for development of Ukrainian-made equipment. For example, you can choose the role (APC or IFV), main weapons module and engines as well as duration of preproduction tests while developing BTR-4.
- Added more than 5 new Decisions for refitting/maintaining/completing the Soviet-built ships, that were not in active service in 2000. Also, added a Decisions/Events chain to select the future Corvette for Ukrainian Navy.

Technologies:
- Made changes to the list of researched technologies - less of them left in 2000 now.

HoI 4 v1.15 and GTD DLC features:
- Incorporated all main GTD (HOI4 v1.15) features: added Special Project Facilities, Dams, Scientists, Ground-based Missile Launch Sites etc.
- Added some of Soviet-built SAMs to stockpile. Can be used in Missile Sites.

Version 1.5:
This version is compatible with version 1.10.5 of the original Millenium Dawn mod.

- The map of Ukraine has been completely redesigned: provinces, regions, strategic regions, resources, buildings, Victory Points, rivers, terrain, etc. have been changed.
- Added a new unfinished branch of the National Focus for the development of foreign diplomatic relations, primarily with Georgia.
- Added several series of Decisions and Events for the completion/repair or restoration/purchase of Soviet-type ships.
- Replaced all Loading Screens with new ones.
- Added name and several icon options for the Intelligence Agency, added more than 5 unique Operatives.
- Added several new icons for equipment and weapons.

Version 1.4.4:
This version is mainly aimed at compatibility with version 1.10.2 of the original Millenium Dawn mod.

- Removed a couple and reworked a bunch of provinces in all South and East regions. Some provinces were increased in size 1,5-2 time so it should be more user-friendly to pick them.
- Certain localization fixes.

- Resolved issue with absence of icons for ships hulls and modules.
- Resolved localization issue with mode version info on main page.

Version 1.4.3:
This version is compatible with version 1.10.1 of the original Millenium Dawn mod!

Missiles updates:
- Completely reworked the Missiles tab and all related data for Ukraine.
- Added unique names and icons for all missiles, OLVs and satellites both for Technology pages and Missile Tab.
- Added actual stockpile numbers of all missiles and satellites for 2000 Ukraine start. The Player will have 2 spy satellites and can use SAMs from the start of the game now.

Map updates:
- Reworked Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts map (all 4 regions), almost fully according to 2000 administrative division. Added a lot of small urban provinces there. Also, lowered the minimal viewing distance to map a little to have better visibility for all new provinces. Still, recommend to use NATO symbols instead of 3D-models on map.

Ships updates:
- Partially reworked corvettes, frigates and patrol boats hulls to incorporate more slots for them (for realistic designs purposes.
- Added 2nd model of "Anti-Submarine Mortars" module. Updated Technology and every corresponding ship for all countries to reflect this addition.
- Replaced original "Grisha-Class" corvettes with more historically-accurate models for Russia, Ukraine and Lithuania. Now named "Project 1124 Class" and consist of 4 different models. Updated those ships in Ukrainian, Russian and Lithuanian Fleets according to 2000 actual numbers.
- Replaced original "Krivak-Class" frigates with more historically-accurate models for Russia and Ukraine. Now named "Project 1135 Class" and consist of 5 different models. Updated those ships in Ukrainian and Russian Fleets according to 2000 actual numbers.
- Removed some ships from 2000 start production line for Ukraine, instead added separate Decision category, letting the Player to choose their fate (2 "Project 1124 Class" corvettes, 2 "Project 1135 Class" frigates and 1 "Project 1135M Class" frigate).

Global updates:
- Reworked overall Nuclear Powerplants power generations - now 1 Poweplant produces 1 GWt instead of 2 GWt of energy. Reworked all Nuclear Powerplants across the map to maintain the previous level of energy generation (multiplied their quantity by 2).
- Reworked the Construction lines: changed maximum IC attached to each line from 15 to 10, changed the overall CIC requirements by all buildings accordingly, to not spent more time for construction.
- Reworked a little Combat Width parameters - urban warfare is harsher, only plains and desert can contains large Armor Division battles.

Other updates:
- Added 5 Ukrainian aces for 2000 start (mainly pilots, who participated in Afghan Intervention).
- Small changes to the initial values of the economy and certain initial Ideas (for the purpose of better in-game balance).
- Minor rework to "Reform ZSU" National Focus branch - streamlined getting Player to soviet equipment modernization Decisions.
- Certain localization fixes.

- Updated map - split the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone into its separate region, added/modified State/Province Modifiers for Chornobyl Exclusion Zone, Snake Island and Dzharylhach Island.
- Created unique Province icons for 65 locations in Ukraine.
- Added/modified Military Educational Institutions, available at start and after taking Decisions.
- A bunch of localization corrections across all content.
- Added info on Current Version of sub mod visible in Main Menu, also added links to Steam Workshop page, Discord group and Telegram group.
