Jab hitboxes modified
dair now airstalls only when hitting characters
nair hitbox shrunk
neutral b can only fire 1 at a time (Limit is three wisps)
Wisp ring lifespan shortened 5 --> 3 seconds
backthrow nerfed 13 dmg --> 10 dmg
fthrow nerfed 11 dmg --> 10 dmg
grab hurtbox fixed
ultra nerfed to 40 dmg(with grab confirm)
