Updated T-TIS Tractor Trailer Integration System.

-Added a function to the Jake brake based on RPS (thanks shadow)
-Added RPS input on the tractor microcontroller
-added a property number so you can adjust the Jake to your desired strength.
-added Light cord or 5th wheel to tractor composite connection if you would rather not use a cable
-added Light cord or kingpin to the trailer if you would rather not use the cable for the trailer.

Updated T-TIS Tractor Trailer Integration System.

Added more accurate light cord. IRL light cord and air lines are suspended by spring on a rail. In stormworks the cable will shorten itself causing the cord to be pulled taught. This system emulates the real suspension of the line and allows the cord to move freely.

Set Standard distance to pin based on IRL figures.
