Turns out the team voices was the problem, directions are rolled back. They cannot be fixed until team voices 3.0 fix this issue.

Ok I think the Team Voices 3.0 had a wrong description about the directional voices. East and west have been corrected. Also, no more ear raping announcer.

Fixed enemy spot voices directions. Slightly reduced volumes for announcers. Added Win, Lose announcers.
