-Last hit of Fspecial slightly increased in size
-Grounded Dstrong BKB 8.75 -> 8.8
-Dspecial is now projectile invincible during startup

-Fixed some bugs regarding NSpecial Explotion indicator (Xs showing up on other characters nspecials and crashes during playtest)
-Removed Angle Flipper 6 from the final hit of Nair
-Made nair Will o Wisp spin direction depend on the direction koffing is facing.
