Koffing Dev Derby patch with a bunch of stuff i was meaning to change anyway

Fast_Fall speed 12 -> 11
PratLand 10 -> 12
Pratfall accel .7 -> .6

Increased the size of hurtboxes during attack and movement animations
Reduced the horizontal speed when side-steping with Tilts
Small Hitpause and VFX tweaks all around the moveset
Made All Indicators correctly reflect the players HUD colors

Fspecial:
Fspecial can now be hitfalled, but only after connecting with the Finisher Hitbox

Jab:
Jab angle 65 -> 70
Jab lifetime 8 -> 6
Removed ability to Jump cancel on hit. Can instead Tilt cancel during endlag

Uair:
Redid Uair Smear. Hitboxes adjusted to new size

Nspecial:
Vertical boost on Smoke Release: -4.5 -> -5 VSP
Vertical boost gained is now Type 2 VSP

Dstrong (Air)
Will no longer transition into Dstrong (Ground) if the Aerial Spike Hitbox connects. Preventing double hits.
Removed 10 frame Lockout on Spike Hitbox
Hitstun Multiplier 1 -> 0.8

Dair
Removed ability to Jump cancel on early hit.
Hitstun Multiplier 1 -> 0.8

Taunt:
Previous Taunt moved to Down Taunt
"New" regular Taunt added. Made with reused assets lol

Smoke Clouds:
-Made parrying the smoke clouds consistent by adding a constant parry check hitbox.
-Parrying a smoke cloud now also destroys all active smoke clouds.

Sfx tweaks to a bunch of moves
