Combat dialogue overhaul!
Combat dialogue will now change with race/faction!

Added a couple hundred lines of dialogue differentiating races during combat!

Changed dialogue frequency to reduce visual clutter during combat

Hotfixes

Added new dialogue
Added entering town dialogue, still a little iffy, though it should do.
Fixed NPCS will now follow eachother when talking
Fixed wrong dialogue when healing (i think, fingers crossed)
Changed dialogue frequencies to be more favorable
A few other tweaks
