Hotfixes

This update adds a basis for combat dialogue, this is a skeleton of a system so far and needs it's extensive bug testing, though I believe it is up to par with the rest of what's been released. Please bare with me, as I'm still learning the quirks of FCS.

Dialogue during most combat should be very active, much screaming and banter. Please give feedback if you feel your opinion could better this mod. UCs is still the main focus for feature implimentation, though I'm trying to incorperate these larger additions unto the majority of NPCs/PCs.

REMOVED DIALOGUE
Players will no longer be able to inguage in dialogue by clicking on NPCs, this feature wasn't planned on staying as it was currently implimented. If public outcry wishes for this to return, I'll happily oblige.
