Slightly tweaked engine design to make the whole thing more reliable. Non-visual edit.

-Fixed steam engine
-fixed all 4 sink switches
-fixed some minor spelling errors
-readjusted the ship's draft/freeboard so that she sits almost 2 blocks higher out of the water

Very delayed update.
-Added new steam whistles
-Changed bilge pumps to be steam piston powered
-lowered top speed to a much more realistic 16 knots
-changed the actual engine components to be quieter and more powerful
-minor fixes including fixing the spelling error
-edited the boilers so now you don't have to follow the now nonexistent shutting down procedure
