Fixed a bug where unequipping chainsaw did not remove weight reduction changes.
Optimized mod.

Added compatibility for Mining Drill as well.
-Again, NOT a remap. Does NOT add a new drill. Simply equip and enjoy.

AllowUnderwaterUsage=False
HarvestingMultiplier=0.5

AllowUnderwaterUsage: If true, can be equipped and used underwater. Default: False
HarvestingMultiplier: Lower values results in lower harvesting potential. 2.0 would be twice as effective as vanilla. 0.1 would be 10x less effective. Default: 0.5
