Common:
- fixed error related to a debug output within ChunkList:startSelection()
- moved prepacked bash scripts into folder /common

B42:
- now supported (only SP, of course)
- adjusted method of finding chunk wx, wy
- adjusted square highlight method

- when bikinitools is detected the chunk list menu entries are moved to the bikinitools menu
- menu entry is now translatable
