Added a copy of the Berserker Queen ability.

Why

You can configure about any value that you can think of.

PS : This WILL require you to rebuild the Berserker Queen using console commands

New colonel level ability :

Passive Mind control !

As always, a lot of things are exposed to config. (The time of the mind control, is it infinite, how many unit can be mind controlled per pods, what is the chance of it happening...)

You will need to rebuild your rulers using the "Additional console command" mod

Fixed the mag and beam bolt caster being available right away, you now need the proper tech (eg. Mag weapons and Beam weapons).

Fixed the code / some conficting variable
