Updated Myopia to add Clumsy when not wearing glasses.

Renamed to Better Glasses from "Myopia and Hyperopia Fixed".
Fixed traits duplicating bug.
Decreased Blur effect but increased screen darkness for Myopia.
Reduced cost of materials to repair glasses.
