Content Update!

- Added ConVars "wolf3du_corpseondeath" and wolf3du_lootondeath"
- Added Mutant Bat, Fake Hitler, and Lost Episodes Ghost, named the Ghoulish Ghost.
- All fodder enemies now leave corpses and ammo on death (can be disabled via seeing the respective convars "wolf3du_corpseondeath" and "wolf3du_lootondeath" to 1.)
- Adjusted rocket trails.
