REWORKED DOOR SYSTEM
-Secure mode stays the same (Doors are manual, auto sentry covers the first deck)
-Standard mode has improved door logic and hatches are also automated (Auto opens and closes without issues)
-Lockdown mode locks the bridge,bunks and both airlocks (Use when you want to protect VIP's or when you are worried of a mutiny/ a traitor

-Lowered fuel consumption a bit
-Increased battery power max capacity (Now you can use WAR and Silent mode for longer)
-Minor issues

Fixed passive sonar upgrade issues
Hid some wires
Fixed the pulse laser upgrades not working with performance fix
Buffed the railgun upgrade burst rate
Buffed the booster engine
Upped the booster engine's power consumption

Not enough tests done on these new upgrades, but they should work with no problem

-Added blinking lights for low condition items shown on the navigation terminal and gunner compartment sonar monitor

-The reactor room trash ejector now doesnt flood the sub if open, the entire compartment acts like a proper airlock now.
