-Fixed Crash Caused by "Dog's" Boulders

Perks:
Rapid Reload - Tripled reload speed additive from 15% to 45% to help with weapons whose reload times were still rather slow despite the server's reload modifier being decreased (namely the MP5 and UMP45, not comfortable trying to figure out how to adjust their reload speeds individually without fear of messing something up), should open up more perk options for weapons whose reload speeds are already rather quick with the additional perk changes below
Frantic Firing Frenzy - Increased fire rate bonus to 15% and added 15% faster reload
Enhanced Burst - Increased fire rate bonus to 30%, added a 35% damage bonus, 15% reduced recoil, and 15% faster reload
Homemade Auto - Added 5% fire rate bonus and 15% faster reload

Weapons:
*All Assault Rifles have been adjusted due to less than ideal performance (in many cases the SMGs outperformed most AR options)*
M4A1 - Increased damage to 35-25 and fire rate to 820
AR-15 - Increased damage to 40-30 and decreased recoil slightly
SG556 - Increased damage to 35-29 and increased fire rate to 725
AUG - Increased damage to 35-29 and increased fire rate to 725 (also adjusted 9mm attachment to compensate damage increase)
AK-47 - Increased damage to 45-34, increased fire rate to 650, and slightly reduced recoil
ACE Galil - Increased damage to 35-25 and increased fire rate to 820
FAMAS - Increased damage to 40-30 and increased fire rate to 1000

SMGs
P90 - Increased damage to 34-24 (uses same ammo as Five Seven, which was previously changed, only makes sense)
Bizon - Increased damage to 30-20 and increased fire rate to 795
MAC10 - Increased damage to 28-20

Pistols
Glock - Increased minimum damage to 20
CZ75 – Increased fire rate to 725
M9 – Increased fire rate to 725
Five Seven – Increased fire rate to 725

MW2 Weps
[TEST] Added the ability to use Gunsmith Offensive perks with these weapons (Under SWEP.Attachments added PrintName = "Perk", Slot = "go_perk", was previously just "perk")
TMP - Increased mag size from 15 to 25




Horde


Infusions:
Chrono - Changed damage increase per wave from 6% to 12%, Increased cap to 60% (base 20% damage penalty, after 5 waves should do 40% increased damage over base weapon damage)
Titanium - Increased damage resistance from 1% per 1 weight to 3% per 1 weight (a weapon with a weight stat of 10 should provide 30% damage resistance)
Siphoning - Changed health gained per kill from +1 to +10
Quicksilver - Increased weight percentages for damage bonuses:
<= 20% (from 15%) weight -> 50% (from 30%) damage increase
<= 40% (from 30%) weight -> 30% (from 25%) damage increase
<= 60% (from 40%) weight -> 15% damage increase
>60% weight -> 20% (from 25%) damage decrease


Medic - Base health regen increased to 10%, increased Life Diffuser gadget’s healing to 40, increased Steroid gadget’s amplification to 100%, increased Healing Beam gadget’s healing to 10 health per second
Assault – Increased IV Injection gadget’s healing from 25 to 50, increased Ouroboros gadget’s heal regen to 5 and damage bonus to 2% per 1 HP lost
Heavy – Changed Energy Shield Gadget to give 50 armor and decreased cooldown to 10 seconds, increased Hardening Injection’s resistances to 50% and decreased cooldown to 15 seconds, increased Exoskeleton’s resistance to 25%
Berserker – Increased Chakra gadget’s healing from 10 to 30, decreased Berserker Armor gadget cooldown to 15 seconds
Warden – Decreased cooldown of Solar Array gadget to 10 seconds


Weapons:

GAU-19 Minigun - adjusted recoil, damage, belt size, and fire rate slightly to accommodate perk changes
Chainsaw: Increased minimum damage from 28 to 40
Katana: Increased maximum damage from 108 to 125
Inferno Blade: Increased maximum damage from 120 to 130
Knife: Increased damage from 30-32 to 50-60
Increased damage of LAW and RPG-7 by 50%
M16A4-M203: Slightly reduced recoil and increased mag size to 45

Additional Changes:
Updated sound of M249 9mm, Negev 5.56, and Five Seven
