- Fixed non robot drops and player drops.

- Enabled drops for players
- Added Crit Glow Tool 2.0 as a requirement and glows up viewmodels that are compatible with matprox when critting.
- Penetration damage ConVar to adjust damage.
- Moved entities to "Team Fortress 2" category.
- Heal on kill rework:
> Able to heal up to 2x max health, however healing is reduced to only 20% when past max hp.
> After 7 seconds and if overhealed, reduce current health by ( healing * 0.5 ).
> If the result is lower than ( maxhp + healing * 0.5 ) then set current hp to it.
> If you have 50 hp and lv5 healing, then you wont get 150 hp but 110 hp.
