Finally Distributions.lua have arrived, now you can find fumos in wild.
Some rare spawns are based for what they are known for.

(They are rare in world to prevent too much fumos [for example] in multiplayer)

But if you aren't lucky enough go check your local gigamark, they where in stock right before apocalypse.

A small update based on community feedback

quicker sewing time (20000 time units [2 in game hours] to 1000)

added melted icecream to cirno recepie
added suit jacket to reisen recepie in case of overwritten guns that won't allow you to craft her

a abiltity to interact with fumos to make sadness go away
Squishing takes hour (-40 unhappinies +10 boredom)
Offering takes item in trade for happinies (-20 uhappinies)
pat (-2 unhappinies +1 boredom)
Also there are suprises to it, you will see what i mean ;)
