Features:

Added civics for generic machine buff traits

Added ultramultiplicative trait: Immense pop growth at the expense of production efficiency and leader lifespan

Added endless swarm civic: Hive mind-exclusive ultramultiplicative civic which provides additional pop growth jobs and various colonization buffs at the expense of further production efficiency.

Significantly increased chance of AI getting generic OP civics, and significantly increased their chance of getting specialized OP civics if they already have generic OP civics

Added civic slot to legendary generic OP civic

Fixes:

Fixed Precuror Archives being buildable on more than one planet at a time (how on earth did I let this through...)

Added Defensive Strategist civic

Provides Peerless Strategists traits and various defensive buffs, at the expense of general nerfs to ship fire rate and build speed to hamper offensive warfare.

Added Advanced War Doctrines:

Accessible only to expert tactician/peerless strategist species with supremacy tradition finished, provides additional military buffs.

Fixes:

Changed sorting priority of traits so they don't appear before habitability traits (why tf did I have it this way in the first place...)

Added Precursor Archivist civic:

+15% research speed
+100% archaeology excavation speed

-Allows you to build one Precursor Archives building on a planet, providing immense science buffs to that planet
-Planet with the Precursor Archives can build Precursor Library districts for additional science buffs

-Improved descriptions provided for civics

Bug fixes:

-Added support for adding/removing leader traits on species modification

-Moved research speed buffs in species to scientist traits since it didn't work before

-Fixed industrialist governor being sort of broken

-Fixed Ultra Efficient Industry civic being a broken mess

-Fixed Military Industrial Complex Civic not forcing Militarized Economy policy usage

(yes most of these fixes were obvious typos or one-line changes)
