Update: 23 Sep, 2023 @ 10:25am

- Updated to Stellaris 3.9 and to NSC3 Season 1 (This set will no longer be compatible with the older NSC2 versions)

New Models:

- Added a skin for the Hyper Relay

Roster Changes:

- The Techno Union Frigate, previously the Strike Cruiser is now a Cruiser option instead
- Swapped around the Battlecruiser models a bit to add a better selection of model choices
- Swapped around the Battleship models a bit to add a better selection of model choices

Other Changes:

- Added localisation files for all languages supported by Stellaris (though still all in English but at least the text shouldn't be broken now if playing in a different language)
- Removed the Strike Cruiser entity file and weapon meshes

Update: 13 May, 2023 @ 9:09am

- Updated to Stellaris 3.8

New Models:

- Added a Coruscant texture by author Shiny_Man as this set's City Planet

Major Changes:

- Added the Edict Add-On option that adds a couple of additional ship sections, and hence ship models, to be unlocked via edict. This allows for all ship models in this mod to be used in the roster and opens up unlimited opportunities for future additions. As of right now, 1 unused model as well as 1 corvette section is added to the ship designer when it is activated.
- Removed all vanilla exclusive invisible ship sections and additional model copies that were not used in this edition (but were for the vanilla edition). As stated in the vanilla edition's changes, this will basically allow for this version to be developed more independently.
- Added a localisation file for this mod as it is now needed

Minor Fixes:

- The Wavecrest model used for the Exploration Cruiser now correctly uses Bow Section locators instead of Mid Section locators
- Explosion locators have finally been added to the Saboath Deployer since it is now in use

Update: 15 Mar, 2023 @ 12:31pm

- Updated to Stellaris 3.7

Update: 20 Jan, 2023 @ 11:18am

- Got rid of the misleading credits readme file since now there is a dedicated credits page here on Steam that lists out all the models and their appropriate authors (it can be found through a link at the bottom of this mod's description)

Roster Changes:

- Medium Defense Station now once again uses the Golan II model
- Large Defense Station now once again uses the Golan III model

Update: 8 Dec, 2022 @ 6:07pm

- Fixed exhaust moving particles on most ships with white exhaust particles
- Removed the wording related to a "working" and "working_looping" animation on the construction ship that does not exist, This should hopefully fix any issues related to the infamous 80% loading crash Mac and Linux users have been getting after 3.6

Update: 29 Nov, 2022 @ 12:12pm

Well... this will be the last time I make assumptions regarding NSC updates

- Added support for the reintroduction of the medium and large defense platforms, for now they will all use the standard Golan I model rather than working on re-enabling the Golan II and III models. This is because I intend to rework defense platforms for all my sets in the coming future.

Update: 29 Nov, 2022 @ 8:58am

- Updated to Stellaris 3.6

Minor Fixes:

- Fixed final explosion locator of the death animation sequences for corvettes and civilian ships
- Removed redundant NSC related weapon locator from the C9979 transport

Update: 19 Oct, 2022 @ 12:54pm

Some Hotfixes:

- Fixed incorrect weapon locator names on the Level 5 Starbase model
- Fixed the idle ambient sound for all ships that use the Titan ambient
- Removed redundant wording in the habitat loaders referring to animations that do not exist

Complete Cleanup:

- Ship death sequence setups have been cleaned up with the removal of effects that do not appear to do anything in-game, these include the "Keep Particle" command for effects and the "Ship Air Vent Particle" effect. Overall, this should make the death sequence setups much more clean looking and easier to customize in the future.

Habitat Changes:

- Habitat models have been reworked, the Wheel Habitat model has been split into 3 levels to match each habitat tier much like a standard vanilla set.
- The Skyhook station model has been removed from the mod to be reworked into a 3 tier habitat model for the upcoming Mandalorian shipset.

New Models:

- Added a Recusant Scout Destroyer variant model by EvilleJedi, this ship is added as an additional Battlecruiser option, specifically the Bow M2 Section.

Update: 21 Sep, 2022 @ 2:29pm

- Applied the defensive platform hotfix for the hanger module appearance (though I don't actually think it effects nsc)

Update: 21 Sep, 2022 @ 8:53am

- Updated to Stellaris 3.5
- All ship meshes have been reworked with new locators for weapons and ship explosions (that happen when the ship is destroyed)
- Added proper invisible weapons meshes for all ship classes where applicable
- Added proper explosion and burning sequences to the death animations of all ships (and even some stations as well), most ships even have multiple variations of such!
- Improved the appearance of the engines on the Munificent, C9979, and Captor models
- Size of all civilian stations has been slightly decreased

NSC2 Specific:

- Captor Droid Carrier, formerly used as the escort carrier, is now a cruiser option instead
- Munificent Frigate is now a cruiser option instead of strike cruiser
- Techno Union Frigate is now a strike cruiser instead of a cruiser
- Rewrote many of the the ship setups to adjust the mod to how Season 7 as a whole is set up.
- Most importantly, all ships that use more than 3 sections (battlecruiser, dreadnought, carrier, exploration cruiser, and flagship) now use the bow section as the model selector rather than the first mid section. This is due to mid sections being consolidated rather than separate.
