Added compatibility with SoA for real this time, since SoA uses new places deck instead for the base game one and this mod uses the base game one, I added a line that adds locations to both.

Reverted to the old times on the job recipes, considering that there is 60s cooldown on the job means that even with inputs, the fund rate for the job does not exeed fund/37,5s.
