-Added 16 plates.
-Fixed colorings of all the plates because 1.4 broke it.
-Lowered the brick count of some plates and the chair.
-Updated the INFO wall.
-Updated some of the plates's acruacy.
-England is still a false country.

Fixed some plates color that were different colors in the main branch (still works in legacy and main branch i tested them)

Fixed a missspell and removed the "comercial" label from the 2017 civilian Metropolis plate.
