Optimisation pass.
Probably one more optimisation pass still to come in the coming weeks.

Removed 5 'spawned in' npcs at carparking lot to help with performance in that area.
Cleaned up triggers so the sounds only play once and objective text can no longer overlap.
Some other small optimisations.

Added vent to/from bank (experimental).
Added de-activations to various triggers to stop repeating trigger of sounds.

Optimisation pass.

Removed lots of phys props (50+) or changed property to none.
Reduced all lights to be a max of 700.
Improved blocking of light bleeding.
Moved npcs in server room further forward.
Removed one starting npc to get total back to 60 (in line with all my maps starting npc count).
