jab/nair jump cancel on hit is not frame perfect

ftilt endlag makes u have slight hsp

speed is now 3.75 instead of 3.5

utilt spike hit ignores projectiles

uair first hitbox lifetime 2 > 4

uair on hit gives u more hight and no pratfall

fixed bair hitboxes

fixed ftilt hitboxe

utilt spike 8 bkb .45 kbs > 5 bkb 5 kbs

land time is now 6 cause heavy
