Imperial Provinces update:
- Added red color to “The Witcher” in mod’s title.
- Nilfgaard unique ability changes
--- Now Spies can choose from all possible promotions (instead of establishing presence faster).
- Magne Division ability changes
--- Now gets +10 Strength when more than 4 tiles away from friendly territory (was +5).
--- New ability: unit generates Science and Culture from victories outside friendly territory.
- Maecht city-state rework
--- Spies executing the “Fabricate Scandal” espionage mission function 3 levels higher.
- Fire Scorpion no longer can attack after moving in the same turn.
- Small fixes to various unit models.

Skellige patch:
Big changes for Nilfgaard
-Solved bug regarding Science and Culture bonus of the Nilfgaardian Imperial Camp missing in conquered cities that already had an Encampment.
The issue has been fixed with a rework of the ability, now: "Each citizen in the Nilfgaardian Imperial Camp also yields +1 Science and +1 Culture."
-Ehmyr var Emreis ability rework, now: "One Diplomatic policy slot in all governments is converted to a Wildcard policy slot." instead of "One free jolly policy slot in all governments."
-Jan Calveit ability text rewritten for (hopefully) better clarity.
-Added new unit cultural variations, now all including the Nilfgaardian Helmet.
-Fire Scorpion: lowered melee combat strength.
-Fire Scorpion: fixed text both showing "Can/Cannot attack after moving".
-Fixed bug that would add a bias for Floodplain in the desert for Nilfgaard.
-Added start bias towards Iron and Niter for Nilfgaard.
-Standardized code for city-states (!!this may interfere with previous saves!!).
-Added Korean localization, thanks to RapidGG.

BIG update for Nilfgaard! After some feedback, and after consulting youtuber Potato McWhiskey after his gameplay with friends, I've deciced that although Nilfgaard is still going to be a very strong civ, and will require a joint effort of other players to be defeated, It needed a bit of a nerf.

-Administration of the Provinces: Builder charge bonus to districts changed to 15% from 20%
-Nauzicaa Brigade: -4 to base strength (equal to knight)
-Fire Scorpion: -1 movement (now 2, can still attack after moving but it's not a Rocket Artillery!)
-Imperial Camp: -1 to science and culture for each building
-Removed Nilfgaard from Exp1 players (useless)
-Fixed Imperial Camp icon for text, included in the trade screen
-Added additional behaviour traits to both leaders
-Second Agenda fixes
-Small fix in Italian localization
