+ Implement workaround for Yartar Inn Lodging District Gate due to the variable changed activator glitch built into the base game. (The variable activator will sometimes work when opening doors, in this case it worked during testing and not in campaign mode)

Unfortunately if you've already done the quest there is nothing I can do to open the door, i've tried implementing the correct procedures to grant a pass note which opens the gate, it seems it only works for a fresh campaign.
