With Esb2.0.0 we have made Esb standalone from Esu, though we at the Esb team will still implement Esu updates after looking through them.
Dwemer Reworks
The Dwemer of skyrim have been reworked (Morrowind will be done in the future), so that the dwemer city states are actual city states, they have a new government form that allows them to be viable as an opm. They have also been given underground adjacencies that allow them to fight each other while not bordering each other.
Reachmen Reworks
The Reachmen have been made into 2 types, 1 the normal reachmen tags, they are mostly the same as before, but with the addition that they now have different borders, these tags are the ones bordering other cultures, while those in more interior reachmen lands are now migratory.
Archeology Reworks
The Archeology system has been completely reworked to allow for you to choose the province to search, in addition the total amount of artifacts in the game now is 85.

-Keptu pantheon has been made for the Keptu who live outside the Craglorn region.

-Celestials religion has been renamed to the lore accurate Cult of the Stars

-All countries start with 2 stability now to encourage early game wars.

-Development cost increase from Development has been made linear to allow dwemer tags to form mega cities.
-Red Mountain events have been made morrowind exclusive and much weaker.
-Crownland has been changed to make both extremes powerful but for different playstyles.
-Slave Raid cb has been extended to affect Argonians and Khajiit

Wasteland
-We've Added Wasteland tiles at the north of the rift along the mountains that go to eastmarch.
-We've Closed off skyrim even more with making the Jerall, Dragontail, Velothi have more wasteland.
-We've Added Wasteland Tiles enclosing the frozen section of winterhold.
-We've made Shearpoint into a wasteland mountain tile.
Edits
-Some provinces have been slightly, or more largely moved around to fit with the new wasteland.
-Buffed Bthulzand by granting them more land at the game start and granting them multiple dwemer vassals. This was done to give windhelm a tag they must defeat before entering morrowind.
-The Southern pale which is now free of dwemer has been made into the new tag of Nightgate, which is a subject of dawnstar.
-Forgotten Vale has been added as a tag though we are not sure how much it will be doing.
-Corelanyan Clan of Altmer have been removed from game start and replaced with keptu, though an event is in place for the Corelanyans to appear.

-Duraki, Kreathmen, and Perena Nedes have been made into their own cultures.

-Added Genocide Mechanics that allow through the custom province interaction the player to genocide a province, killing it's native population to allow for recolonisation.

-We've Removed 54, and 272 bookmarks so that we can focus on making gameplay fun for the 57 bookmark.
Ai
Cheats
-Added an ai cheat to convert culture.
-Chorrol has been made a lucky nation to allow them to be more of a challenge for wgt if they become alessian empire.
Restrictions
-Made it so ai cannot go to war outside their own province in the first 100 years of gameplay. This has the effect of ai focusing on conquering their own province before others.
EOC
With esb2.0.0 we have removed the Empire of Akavir (Empire of China) from the game for now as it seems to only slow down the gameplay in akavir.
Hre
With esb2.0.0 we have moved the Hre to skyrim, with windhelm as the starting emperor, The Hre Rank has been changed to high Kingdom instead of empire, the number of electors changed to 5 to reflect the smaller size, and the desired amount of princes to 10.
