Just a few months before his one-year anniversary, the royal scientist returns for a major 2.0 update.
This overhauling patch aims to make the man a more competitively viable combatant who feels fair to fight and pleasing to use.

Misc
-Redid alt 28. "THE PRODIGY WHO SHATTERED TIME ITSELF" -> "THE FALLEN WHO WATCHES FROM OUTSIDE THE BORDER"
-Wingdings effect recoded
-Wingdings effect now has a delay and no longer spawns every frame of their assigned actions.
-Fixed sprite error with Blaster while aiming
-Munophone information updated to accommodate changes

-Knockback adjustment 1.1 -> 1.15
-Gravity Speed 0.6 -> 0.5

Fspecial
-Has been completely reworked into Gaster Blaster Missle/Gaster Blaster Command
-Gaster Blaster Missle: Summon a blaster and launch it forward as a projectile. You can charge the move; the longer you charge, the further it will go. You have minor influence over its vertical movement via the left stick.
-Gaster Blaster Command: Done when a blaster is already out. Causes the Blaster to be remotely launched in the direction you're facing. Verticality can be adjusted, but it can't be charged. Use it as a quick assist in combos!

Sour Spot added behind main hit, as to better align with animation.
(The hit isn't really as good, but now you won't wiff when it seems like you should hit!)

Gaster v1.4

DAttack -
Fixed bug where the game would freeze if Gaster tries to reemerge near the ledge while on bottomless stages, such as Air Armada.

Other -
Fixed issue where Wingdings FXs would clash and interact with certain objects, such as projectiles and stage hazards.

While writing the references to the pallets, I realized I made a few spelling mistakes while naming them!
This quick little patch fixed those mistakes.
