It's Update Time:

The Bucket now has a proper icon, so you can more easily find your faithful companion and lifelong friend among the other buddies.

Whereas the original version played the whole speech the Narrator gives you when you first pick up the Bucket in game, the new ultra deluxe update has the Narrator simply say "It's Bucket Time" at the start of each match, for a more streamlined experience (and to stop taunt audio from overlapping with intro audio).

The taunt was similarly streamlined, now just saying "It wants the bucket," instead of also saying "you can feel that, can't you? The aura of jealousy?" This is to, again, prevent audio overlap.

But what's this? New Content? Yes indeed. At the end of each match, the Narrator now congratulates the victor for successfully throwing everyone off the edge.
