version 1.1 hotfix changes:

*attempted to fix mod being listed as private

Known issues: mod causes manned submarine to not function and scenarios that include the vehicle to crash

*Airzones now work correctly on worlds that have no atmosphere
*fixed Outpost airlock door having air vfx facing wrong direction when pressurizing/depressurizing
