- swapped 2 lines around
- added 7 voice lines from halo 3. my plan is to add a lot (a lot 🙈) more, but this is mostly a test to see if they sound okay. ive altered them slightly to sound more like reach lines as in halo 3 they sound much different oddly enough. open to feedback

working on a handful of things right now though so itll take time sorry

changed default kill voice frequency from 1.5 to 5 seconds and removed 2 voice lines:
“get me a damn angle”
“whooh you could cook an egg in this thing”
