Increased hitbox size of the roof launchpad to be easier to land on. Matches ttt_PigIsland_nightswim.

Added a ramp leading out from the west end. Made jump pads more forgiving. Tweaked the rooftop pad's placement to be more consistent with launches. Added a "Warlock Room."
