* Added notifier that shows player in chat what subsystem scaling effects were applied.
* Reworked backend responsible for calculation and handling of ship processing power levels.
* Implemented excess scaling (for humongous ships with 15 slots and installed mainframe).
* Reworked Stabilizing Mainframe subsystem as part of excess scaling.

* Reworked Mining Subsystem scaling to reduce performance issues.
* Updated Object Finder Subsystem scaling to be consistent with latest update.
* For now Highlight Time of Object Finder Subsystem isn't scaled, but it might change in future.
