Update just to get the warning status off the mod. Quick testing seems to show no issues with IE.

Gave an additional effect to Skrag's Big Names because Worldswallower still eclipsed them. The Maw-that-Walks spell cost reduction only applies to the non-overcasted version.

Also made a minor text localization change on one of Staydeader's effects so that it fits in the space slightly better.
