Added mod options
- View catch chances as relative colours (bright green is the best possible bait or trap)
- View catch chances with a % postfix (previous default)

Added sandbox vars
- Require at least X Trapping skill (default '0')
- Enable tooltip on bait (default 'true')
- Enable tooltip on traps (default 'true')

Improved performance by looping over animal and baits lists only when your mouse-over target changes.
