fixed a few props that were accidentally static

Guess what? another update

ADDED:

helicopters now drop bombs when flying over sometimes
Some extra destruction spots
Quarantined the secret area
Zombie gas makes more sense now
Exfil vehicle should actually drive in now
Some minor clips added
Attic vent is smaller (only headcrabs and crawlers now)
Music made slightly louder (pushing the limits here)
Improved cubemaps
4 paintings added to the collection
some outdoor barriers added

*ahem* this is an absolute OVERHAUL of just about everyhing in the map. I've lost track of most of the actual changes so i'll do my best in the following list to get it all.

ADDED:
Large expansion of the map to the south and minor expansion to the west
A few paintings
2 TV's with occasional sounds coming from them
Garage added and has an attic that connects to the house's
Added a garden area on the southern part of the map
Small shed added to the garden
Small leisure building to the southeast
South Road added
Attic increased in size
Extended easter egg added
3 sigil spots added

CHANGES:
Destruction effects made less prominent to improve performance and to help game flow.
Small temporary barricades added to limit zombies on early waves
Wave 6 tweaked
Exfil sequence remade from scratch to work better
Cubemaps improved
Helicopter effects improved

Probably some more but i cant think of any more, have fun with the new version!

Some simple balance changes and texture stuff

1. added ladders for much easier access to roof
2. some holes added to cading spots i thought were a bit too powerful

BALANCE:
More loot can be picked up per-player.
Basement hallway has had a corner added to help with giving cover.
Basement bedroom sigil spot has its doorway at an angle to help its shooting angle.
Upstairs kitchen entrance and living room area has been opened up for better navigation.
slight tweaks to bathroom door position next to bedroom with stairs access to attic.
Upstairs living room door is no longer traversable since it was near impossible to barricade due to brush entities around it.

PERFORMANCE:

1st floor hallway changes assist framerate.
TV texture change assists framerate minorly, lowers filesize massively.
AREAPORTALS ADDED TO:
Upstairs entrance
Upstairs living room doorway (post destruction)
Upstairs back door
Attic stairway
1st Floor (post destruction)
Shed Garage door
Shed entrance
etc.

OTHER CHANGES/ADDITIONS:
Another easter egg.
Some outdoor changes.
Improved exfil sequence
4 additional paintings.
Secret room made smaller with less props.
Tv texture replaced (It starts with...)
Main easter egg made slightly more complex.
More decorative props.
Some lights added, some made slightly dimmer.


FIXES:
Rat painting easter egg works correctly now.
Shed plywood sheets can actually be nailed now.
Main easter egg can no longer be used to get outside the playable area.
Outdoors chairs have been changed and can be nailed now.
No more infinite medical ammo (sorry medics).
Beer cases no longer weigh almost as much as a car (shade too OP, pls nerf).
