Fixed a ton of bugs.

Pushed to later version:
The ability to disable vanilla immunity perks.

Changed:
Made changes to glue_anchor.lua to fix glue getting stuck to the player while they had glue immunity.
Made lava and acid immunity from fire and toxic immunity only require you to change their setting before taking the perk, instead of starting a new game.
Added the option for some perks to give poison immunity.
Added Glue Immunity to Slime Blood, which is on by default.
Added freeze immunity to the thumbnail.
Added projectile resistance, with the default option being that it's turned off, and I made a way to configure the damage reduction.
Fixed tags by removing extra spaces.
Fixed some of the settings text.
Clarified which settings require a new game.

Abandoned:
Teleport Immunity, I would have to replace a lot of code to get this to work, and it might make the mod less compatible with other mods.
