Version 1.2.0

Save files are now only written on either the listen server host or superadmins
Fixed timers being client-sided rather than server-sided, which caused the game to save when anyone's timer went off

Messages are now displayed in chat rather than the Sandbox notification system
Sounds are now played when the game warns about autosaving, and when autosaving finishes
