A few more small modifications to the layout of the game and finished scanning all the wreckage cards in HQ.

After several games of play, I've added one homebrew rule to buff the "search the wreckage" action.

Replaced Rulebook with PDF, Scanned in the rest of the event cards. Adjusted how everything is laid out.

Rescanned all the pieces in better quality and changed a few things about the board, the 6 balls are now randomized by default. Will be rescanning the wreckage and person cards soon when i get the chance
