Fixed another the last Trapping books + Foraging Book:
- Trapping 4 / Trapping 5 now will give you the right book
- Foraging 5 will actually give you Foraging 5

Fixed the Trapping 3 Recipe:
You will now get Trapping 3 instead of Trapping 2 if you combine two Trapping 2 books!
