Updated Orbital parameters and celestial constants to match the new formatting after the Meson Scanner Update. This fixed the orbital period in the information screen to match vanilla Mars, but I don't think it has any gameplay effect.

Modified to work with the Rocket Update
- Space map added that is identical to the vanilla Mars planet
- Modification to ore spawn rates only impacts ice, oxite, nitrice, volatiles, and coal (which all have zero chance of spawning for this world). All other ores are at the defaults.
- The deep miner will not produce coal. By default it never returned ices, so that is unchanged.
- In starting equipment, the Solid Fuel Generator has been replaced with 4 steel sheets. Use them well!
