Fixed bad garbage pollution caused by projectile tracking every game frame update, which caused horrible lag spikes
Fixed issue where defenses were completely blind to projectiles that were fired from outside their tracking range

Upgraded startup crash reporter. There is now tooltips for each error and a link should pop up for exceptions.
