Yuan Bo now has an unique dragon form attack, like his siblings (he no longer has to be ashamed):
- Might of the Jade Dragon: Yuan Bo will launch a huge boulder that bursts into a barrage of shrapnels dealing big (non armorpiercing) aoe damage to infantry and bonus damage to large entities

Other changes:
- Miao Ying's breath attack now has a trail effect for better visibility of the actual projectile (trail effect for Miao Ying and Yuan Bo can be turned off in the game settings with the "Projectile Trail" setting)
- changed missile homing settings (to be compatible with 4.1 changes), probably better accuracy now
- small balance changes for Miao Ying and Zhao Ming (nothing too crazy)
- changed impact sound effects to be more fitting for their element

updated tables for 3.0

- changed recharge condition for breath attack to having at least 15 winds of magic (instead of having more than 50% mana)
