fixed how it charges from a station, i think

made the airlock smaller so it impacts the shuttle less, also made the docking ports more removed from the sub so it can actually dock with some other submarines (previously the windows would bug into walls and the shuttle became a deathtrap)

changed spotlight colors to test something

changed how spotlights work because otherwise they dont work

tried fixing the searchlights
