v1.0.6:

- In message about best player: `in this round' replaced to `on this map'.
- Now message best player is not displayed in Single player mode (Even if you play with bots), also does not
display if all survivors have died and the round is restarting.
Automatic display of a message after the campaign has passed.
- Console message was removed.
- Now the addon does not support pre-TLS versions (2.1.5.5 and below), but it may also not work
on earlier versions of TLS (2.2.0.0).
* TODO: Need to test in 2.2.0.0 version..
- Removed chat commands: !style; !acc_shift.
