Added outpost defenses. Rovers will now spawn in order to defend once you go near outposts.
Added small rover wreckages. These have 500 meter beacon range so you will have to search for them

Was too lazy to write changes for the earlier updates so im going to list em all here.
Fixed crash at remote control destruction
Fixed error/crash when transport cargo containers are destroyed
Adjusted some rover prefab wheel heights
Fixed baserunner not spawning
Adjusted loot tables

Removed the old Cuda encounter and replaced with the Cuda G2
Removed the survivors hope encounter
Added the Land Carrier encounter (big one)
Remote control explosions are smaller as rovers will turn off their power systems after the remote control is destroyed
